.thirty-one days of minimalism: desire.

There are two ways to get enough.
One is to continue to accumulate more and more.
The other is to desire less.

Spending less time with my stuff, and more time with my kiddos; including this cutie pie!

Also, I have the giveaway winner!
The winner is Moi, who said, "I hardly ever buy magazines but I love them too! I always grab one when I am getting my hair or nails done. I love the ones about home or beauty."

  1. "The other is to desire less." I feel like we've done that for ourselves, but it's hard not to desire more for our kids!

  2. I just read an interesting article about giving kids "enough" for Christmas...it fit right in with your post. Wish there were other parents who realized that material things are so less meaningful than other non-material gifts they can give their children!

  3. Chesterton, like Lewis, just has a way of saying things, doesn't he? I read that and think, "Of course! So simple." but it isn't. Sweet baby girl!
