I had an aha! moment the other day and had to share.
My big boy loves to draw with pens.
He is very careful to only draw on paper so I don't mind that. But he goes through printer paper at a rather alarming rate.
Cue my aha! moment!
Like many of you, I'm sure, I get dozens of catalogs in the mail every week.
I love to look through them and then recycle them.
Now they are coloring books for little boys.
It's perfect!
He can flip through page after page and color whatever he wants.
And when he's done, I just throw it in the recycling.
And it's pretty funny to see him scribble specifically on all the models' faces and shoes.
Who knows what goes through that busy little mind.
